Bear Cabin Rental Rates are based on the following:

  • Minimum 4-night stay during high seasons.
  • Rates are based on occupancy of 10 people – $25 per extra person per night.
  • Rates include the $250 cleaning fees, unless the minimum stay requirement is not met.
  • Special events involving more people than the number of guests that will stay at The Bear Cabin , such as weddings, will be charged depending on the total number of people to be present for the event (typically between $350 and $750).
